I have had the case for over 2 months now and have been very happy. Its great not to have to worry about charging phone the whole day. I have had some very long days (5 am to 9:30pm) with heavy use and still had 20% left at the end of the day.
I am a little concern about the claim that the battery bypasses the phone's battery and powers the phone directly. It does seem like the case is constantly charging the phones battery. I have left the phone battery die down a little and then plug in the case and it would actually charge the phone's battery some. Hopefully this wont kill the Iphone's battery.
Besides this I love this product.

Got a new ATT iPhone-4, everything works fine except the battery drain so fast that I have to charge it almost every day.
I use WiFi a lot when at home, and use Bluetooth to link to my car, so the battery drain out rather quickly, I needed a solution.
After some research I found Tekkeon MyPower (for iPhone4), made the 'buy' decision based on positive user reviews.
The Amazon standard shipping wasn't too bad, got it in 4 working days.
When I first opened the package, I see how slim the battery pack is and was concerned how much power can this puppy provide.
After installation and fully charged the MyPower, I was amazed how well this thing integrated with the iPhone, and provide a huge amount of battery power, almost doubled of the original battery. Now I don't have to re-charge every day.
The best about MyPower is the look and the touch-feel, all very well designed and manufactured, there are literally no 'gaps', which is a sign of precision design, precision tooling and well established production process (I am an consumer product engineer), I am really impressed with this product, this is the best bang for the buck purchase I made from Amazon thus far.

Nice case, feels good, doesn't add too much bulk. Its battery performance seems to be about right for the battery capacity. On the negative side, though, the rubberized coating starts to peel off after a couple of months, the "charging not supported with this accessory" started at about the same time and gradually became more frequent, and now, after about 7 months, it is starting to make squeaking / whistling / static noises when connected.
