I purchased this for an association for their coffee gatherings each week. This unit has performed admirably and so far has been easy to clean and it performs well and makes a decent cup of coffee.

I purchased this pot for my office and it's a great product the water get very hot and makes a perfect cup of coffee, easy to clean the only flaw is I hoped the cord would be able to disconnect other wise there's nothing negative about this product

Product arrived quickly and was well packaged, brewed coffee well, but spout drips constantly. A plate under spout isnt enough as the drip is pretty heavy, you really need a bowl and need to empty it often. Bowl also makes it impossible to dispense cup of coffee without moving bowl, which most guest forget to put back. Would never use this product indoors or if small children are going to be around for fear of them getting burnt. I used once and will be replacing this with a better made urn before next party.
